Privacy policy

Data we process: account (email, name), organisation, catalogue, suppliers, evidence files, GPSR complaints and the audit log.

Purpose: keep the organisation product registry and its deadlines. Basis: contract, and the publisher's legitimate interest in securing the service.

Retention: account data stays while the organisation is active. Evidence files have their own retention date. Personal data of a GPSR reporter is purged by the daily job.

No advertising trackers. This version does not send email: links are shown on screen.
